The Stonebridge Architectural Control Committee, ACC must review your application to determine if the generator placement is in compliance with the subdivision restrictive covenants.
Most applicants find it easiest to simply draw the generator onto a copy of their survey showing the distances to the property lines, and other structures. The survey will also be required by Jefferson Parish during review for the building permit.

This review by the ACC does not contain any determination for compliance with local rules governing zoning, and the technical building codes.
