The Stonebridge Property Owners Association (SPOA) is the home owners association for Stonebridge and was founded as a legal non-profit Louisiana corporation in 1982. The charter which created SPOA is located here.
SPOA is managed and operated on behalf of all Stonebridge property owners by an all-volunteer board of directors who are all Stonebridge residents and also Stonebridge property owners. For more information about the SPOA Board of Directors, please visit this page.
SPOA oversees subdivision security, entrance guards, security and license plate cameras, neighborhood crime prevention, covenant and code enforcement, wall maintenance enforcement, gate repair, beautification, social events, and other activities.
Ensuring the safety and security of our neighborhood is SPOA’s top priority, and we’re proud that Stonebridge is one of the safest subdivisions in our metro area. Remember to lock your car doors, keep garage doors and fence gates closed, and ensure your home is well-lit at nighttime.

Please note that SPOA (Stonebridge Property Owners Association) and SNIBD (Stonebridge Neighborhood Improvement and Beautification District) are separate legal entities and while they both serve Stonebridge residents, the two organizations are not related in any way. SNIBD owns & operates the golf course and clubhouse. Questions about golf, the course, tournaments, room rentals, etc. must be directed to SNIBD. The SNIBD website is located here.
WE NEED YOU! SPOA board meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6pm in the Stonebridge Clubhouse. Please join with us and help us make Stonebridge a better place to live for everyone!
