Dear SPOA Homeowners,

Ghertner & Company will be onsite at the clubhouse Monday, March 9th and Tuesday, March
10th from 8am – 5pm to provide a tutorial about the homeowner’s portal, help with portal
registration, and answer any other questions you may have. The SPOA President will also be there each afternoon. In collaboration with the Stonebridge Country Club, light refreshments will be provided at 3pm before the March SPOA meeting at 6pm on Tuesday.

This is a great opportunity to gain a better understanding of the homeowner’s portal! With an
online account, you will be able to view your governing documents, rules and regulations,
obtain an ARC exterior application, make payments, and receive information about your
community via email.
