Beginning on April 15, 2026, ALL communications will be sent electronically via email, with the exception of communications legally required to be mailed like the Annual  Membership Meeting Notice.

If you have not done so already, please provide your email address to Ghertner & Company
by April 6th so you do not miss out on any important community information or events. This
will also save on association expenses by cutting down on paper mailings. Email addresses can
be updated online at www.ghertner.com/owner.

If you have any issues updating your email or registering for the homeowner’s portal, please
