Dear Stonebridge Residents,

At the last Board meeting held on July 14th, the Board approved an annual delinquency
policy that is now in effect. If you have not paid your annual HOA dues, please do so to
avoid late fees. You can find your balance within the Ghertner portal.

Annual Assessment Delinquency Resolution and Policy 2026 signed

At the March meeting of the Stonebridge Property Owners Association (SPOA), the Board discussed and approved several policy resolutions intended to support the continued safety, maintenance, and quality of life within our community.

These policies will go into effect on May 1, 2026.
Residents are encouraged to review the resolutions included with this letter. In addition, the full policies will be available for residents to examine prior to implementation.

The policy documents will be available in the following ways:

2. Available as printed copies at the Stonebridge Clubhouse (Property of SPOA)

We encourage all residents to take time to review the policies and bring any questions or comments to the April SPOA meeting, where the Board will be available to discuss them and provide clarification if needed.
